Who We Are

We are a consultancy firm, with a specialty in Social Science Research. In summary, this includes demographic, needs assessment, opinion, and market research.

We were fully incorporated in 1995. Since then, we have undertaken several research projects funded by the World Bank, USAID, UNFPA, UNESCO, Pathfinder International, GIZ, Restless Development, and WHO. Private companies that engaged in with us include Telecel (now MTN), Lafarge, among others.

In addition to being Social Science Research Specialists, data Capacity building in Research Methodologies and Statistics SRH, CSE, M&E and Documentation and Communication, Data processing, statistical analysis, and report writing are some of the few services we offer.

Musonda Lemba

CEO

Musonda Lemba holds a PhD in Demography from University of Pennsylvania, USA. He is an academic and research practitioner. He has taught research and statistical methods at University for over 29 years. He is currently Senior Lecturer in the Population Studies department at University of Zambia in the School of Humanities and Social Sciences. He has for several years being doing professional work in designing surveys, coordinating surveys and conducting data analysis for evaluations data and population-based complex surveys in Zambia and the region for reputable organization such as UNFPA, UNICEF, UNDP,USAID, GIZ, Government, CSOs, NGOs and Private sector.


Chrispin Chomba

Senior Associate

Holds a Masters in Philosophy and Applied Ethics (Health Care Ethics), MBA (On Going), Adv Dip in SRH, BALIS and Several Other Qualifications, Hehas over 11 years of professional work experience in health and HIV related Issues. In his diverse work experience, he has been a lecturer and researcher at the University of Zambia, Regional Head of Monitoring and Evaluation of SAfAIDS and overseeing M&E work in SADC and East Africa. He has designed and contributed to development of several Advocacy related projects and programmes in the region on HIV, TB, PMTCT, SRHR, MNCH and Gender of which some are still being implemented different countries.


Million Phiri

Senior Associate

An Academic and Professional Researcher and Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) expert. Million holds a Master of Arts Degree in Population Studies from University of Zambia and a Postgraduate Diploma in Monitoring and Evaluation Methods from Stellenbosch University in South Africa. Million has several certificates in Advanced Data Analysis and Presentation and report writing from the MEASURE Evaluation, University of North Carolina. Million has certificates in designing and analysing impact evaluation data from ADDIS Continental in Ethiopian and IPA-JPAL of India.


Claude Kasonka

Senior Associate

Holder of a Master’s Degree in Development Studies from the University of Free State, Centre for Development Support in South Africa, bachelor’s degree in Economics with Public Administration from the university of Zambia. He also has a certificate in Data Analysis using Stata from Cass Business School-London, Participatory Planning, Monitoring and Evaluation, Managing for Impact (M4I) course from Wageningen University (CDI), Improving Quality of OVC programs from USAID Africa-Ethiopia, Financial Management for Non-Finance Managers from MANGO Institute.


Lameck Nsama

Technical staff

A professional system engineer, researcher, expert consultant in system development (systems development, networking, electronics systems, machine learning, data mining systems, and big data) and monitoring and evaluation practitioner with 6 years’ experience in system planning, development, analysis, and installation. He is the chief technology officer and researcher for Information and Communications University and Zambia and Research Development Center.


Godwin Sichone

Survey Statistician, Researcher and Data Analyst. Godwin holds a Master of Arts Degree in Economic Policy Management from University of Zambia and a Postgraduate Certificate in Survey Methodology and Sampling from the Institute for Social Research at University of Michigan.


Benjamin Mwila

Finance and Administration Unit

An experienced Finance and Administration professional with a reputable five years exposure in Finance, Accounting, Administration, Auditing, Banking and Project Funds Management, He is a ZICA certified accounting professional with a bachelor's Degree in Accounting and responsible for a team of experts in the Finance and Administration Unit.
